Exchange students from The University of Calironia, Los Angeles

Asahi University received 10 students and 2 instructors from The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) , USA based on short term student exchange program of Academic Agreement from 23 Mar. 2012 to 2 Apr. 2012.
Students of UCLA had lectures in School of Dentistry of Asahi University, saw around the attached hospital , experienced many kinds of Japanese cultures such as riding streaming boat in Ogaki city and mochi-pounding. They also visited Kyoto during their stay in Asahi University. Japanese students and American students deepened their friendship.
Short term student exchange program with UCLA started in 1997.
We hope friendship between both universities develops further.
