Exchange students from UTSA

9 students and 2 instructors from The University of Texas, Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTSA) USA visited Asahi University from 17 Mar. 2013 to 24 Mar. 2013 based on short term exchange program started in 1996.
Students who came to Japan this time hosted Asahi U’s 5th grade students in School of Dentistry last year in USA, and they were very glad to meet again here in Japan.
They attended the lecture of dental education held by a Japanese Prof. and saw around the attached hospital, Japanese archery club and Kendo club in Asahi University. They also visited Gifu and Kyoto during their stay in Japan and found the differences between Japan and USA in many ways. Through this program, Japanese students and American students deepened their friendship.
