President Katsuyuki Ohtomo visited the Embassy of the Republic of South Africa in Tokyo with the grief of passing of the former President Nelson Mandela who was a leader in democracy on 10th Dec. 2013.
Expressing his condolence to Ms. MOHAU N. PHEKO, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Ms EUDY MABUZA, Minister Concellor, President Ohtomo signed a book of condolence there.
Asahi University has a plan to hold the Memorial Lecture of 20th Anniverary of Freedom and Democracy in South Africa and late Nelson Mandela in 2014 with cooperation of the Embassy of the Republic of South Africa.
